Return Policy


LightForm Productions, Inc. only handles return replacements on products purchased at this website. If you bought your BigScreamTV products (BigScreamTV 1, 2, 3. TerrorEyes SE, BigScreamCDs 1-9, Halloween Scarols DVD or CD, X-treme Haunted House Make-Over) at another on-line vendor or store-front (local) merchant, you must correspond with that vendor for any product replacements or returns.

Prior to returning any products for any reason, contact our customer service representative who shall issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Number. DO NOT break the products shrinkwrap. Apart from defective product, BigScreamTV will not accept items that have had the shrink wrap broken. A defective product IS NOT a physically damaged product as that could only occur in the shipping process and the shipping company is responsible.

RETURN FOR REFUND:

DVD or CD products can be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) for five days after receipt of the product or October 25, whichever comes first. No RA numbers or refunds will be issued beginning October 25, 2007. ONLY UN-OPENED PRODUCTS ENCASED IN THEIR ORIGINAL SHRINK-WRAP will be accepted for a return with refund.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT:

Defective or incorrectly shipped DVD or CD products can be returned for a replacement.

Please also note that the print on the "Xtreme Haunted House Make-Over" DVD lists one project ("Low lying fog") not included in the program. We have provided instructions for that project on-line. http://bigscreamtv.info/fog_chiller.html This misprint is not a valid reason (does not constitute a defective product) to return the DVD.

If BigScreamTV ships product incorrectly (the item shipped is different from the item ordered), the incorrect item will be exchanged for the correct item on receipt of the incorrectly shipped item. If an incorrect item is received by you, please do not break the shrinkwrap. Contact us immediately. (mailus@bigscreamtv.info)

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PROCEDURE:

Prior to returning any defective product, contact our customer service representative (mailus@bigscreamtv.info) who shall issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Include the RA Number with the defective product that you are returning. Please also enclose a note with the following information: 1) Name 2) Shipping Address 3) Phone Number 4) Email address and 5) It is important that you clearly identify the fault so that it can be verified.

A replacement item will be shipped on receipt of your defective item.

Product returned without an RA Number will be returned to the sender.

Physically damaged goods (from the shipping process or mis-handling by the consumer or shipper) are not defective and hence are not qualified for return. If a product is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping company for a refund and then re-order.

INCORRECTLY SHIPPED PRODUCT PROCEDURE:

Prior to shipping, all DVD's are shrink wrapped. We will not provide a replacement for items that have been opened where the shrink wrap has been removed. Within 7 days of receipt of your BigScreamTV shipment, you may return any unopened incorrectly shipped DVD or CD for replacement.

Include the RA Number with the wrong product that you are returning. Please also enclose a note with the following information: 1) Name 2) Shipping Address 3) Phone Number 4) Email address and 5) It is important that you clearly identify which product you ordered originally and would like to exchange the returned product for.

As soon as we receive your item, a replacement item will be shipped to you.

Product returned without an RA Number will be returned to the sender.


Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within two days.
